Counsel for the respective parties submit that the parties have settled their disputes and have executed Terms of Settlement which was duly identified by the learned advocates on record of the respective parties.

Counsel for the respective parties submit that in terms of Clause 2 of the said Terms of Settlement, the defendant has complied with the said terms and has also submitted xerox copy of the letter which is addressed to the Registrar of Trade Mark along with copy of the General Power of

Attorney. The letter submitted to the Registrar of Trade Mark is for withdrawal of the Trade Mark application no.6106845 dated 12th September, 2023.

Considered the submission made by the counsel for the respective parties and perused the terms of settlement.

CS/149/2020 is disposed of in Terms of Settlement entered between the parties dated 20th September, 2023. Let the Terms of Settlement dated 20th September, 2023 be made part of the decree.

Decree be drawn accordingly.
