Despite service, none appears on behalf of the respondents. 2.

The petitioner had filed an application for appointment of an arbitrator. The same was also heard ex parte and was allowed on July 7, 2025 and AP-COM-393/2025 was disposed of by appointing Ms.

Urmila Chakraborty as the learned arbitrator. The learned arbitrator has expressed her inability to take up the matter in view of the conflict of interest by giving a declaration, a copy of which is taken on record. 3.

Accordingly, GA-COM/1/2026 is allowed by appointing Mr. Debanik Banerjee, Advocate (Mobile: 9830308225) as the substitute arbitrator to arbitrate upon the disputes between the parties. The learned Arbitrator shall comply with the provisions of Section 12 of the Arbitration and

Conciliation Act, 1996. The learned Arbitrator shall be at liberty to fix his remuneration as per the schedule of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

GA-COM/1/2026 is disposed of accordingly.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the respondents.
