The Court: Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. This is an application under Section 23(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, I find sufficient reasons for allowing the prayers (a) and (b) of the Notice of Motion. I make it clear that this order is peremptory in nature and no further extension shall be granted.

With the above directions this application being AP/168/2023 is disposed of.
