Again when the matter is called today, none appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is sought for. It is found from record that the instant application is filed in the year 2018 sine thereafter the petitioner has not taken any steps to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, this Court has no other alternative but to dismiss the PLA No. 144 of 2018.

Accordingly, PLA No. 144 of 2018 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
