The Court: Affidavit of service is taken on record. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. It is submitted that the mandate expired on May 11, 2025. The proceedings are at the stage of arguments.

Both parties have submitted before the Court that the arbitral proceedings are near completion and ends of justice demands that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator should be extended. No question has been raised with regard to the maintainability of this application.

Accordingly, for the ends of justice, the mandate is extended for a further period of six months from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award within the extended period.
