...for respondent The Court :- We have heard learned Counsel on behalf of the appellant. This appeal filed by the Income Tax Department challenging the order passed by the learned Tribunal.

Though the substantial questions of law suggested by the revenue is now pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court the tax effect involved in this appeal is less than the threshold limit fixed by the Central Board of Direct Taxes in Circular No. 9 of 2024 dated 17th September, 2024.
