The Court: Learned counsel appearing for the award-holder seeks to withdraw the application on the ground that after filing the application some discrepancies have come to the knowledge of the award-holder. Since the application was filed in the middle of August, 2021 and leave is being sought for in October, 2021, the prayer of the petitioner is allowed subject to payment of costs being put in by the petitioner which shall be in Rs.10,000/- to be paid to Helpage India within 11th November, 2021.

EC No. 119 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated and all connected applications shall stand disposed of in terms of this order.

The petitioner is permitted to take back the certified of the award with liberty to file afresh.
