...for the respondent The Court: Heard counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties. Both counsel have agreed that a Receiver may be appointed as per prayer (a) of the Notice of Motion. Furthermore, let there be orders in terms of prayers (b), (d) and (e) of the Notice of Motion. The vehicle numbers provided in prayer (a) shall read as registration nos.WB76A 7812 and WB76A 7814. In light of the same, Ms. Sahana Pal, Advocate (Mobile No.9836832635) is appointed as Receiver. A fee of Rs.51,000/- be given to Receiver to carry out the same. I make it clear that the remuneration of the Receiver shall be paid out of the sale proceeds.

Since no affidavits have been used by the parties, the allegations made in the petition are deemed to be denied and disputed. AP/171/2023 is, accordingly, disposed of.
