The writ petition suffers from a defect inasmuch as the Director of Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management (IISWBM) has not been made a party to it though for his removal, issuance of a writ of Quo Warranto has been prayed for.

Mr. Basu, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioners prays leave to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to file afresh. Leave as prayed is granted. WPO 348 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

This order, however, will not prevent the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame subject-matter for the selfsame relief. There shall be no order as to costs.
