...for the plaintiff The Court :- Learned advocate appearing for the plaintiff invites the Court to invoke the provision of Order VII Rule 10A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

It appears from the pleadings of the plaint that the disputes involved are "commercial disputes" within the meaning of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015.

Under such circumstances, the department will return the plaint of CS No.154 of 2020 to the learned advocate on record for the plaintiff under the provision of Order VII Rule 10A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

On return of the plaint, the department will treat CS No.154 of 2020 as disposed of.
