1. The Court: During course of hearing it is pointed out that offices of all the respondents are situated outside the original side jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, it is found that the writ petition on the original side is not maintainable.

2. It is also submitted by the learned Advocate representing the respondents that the address of the respondent no.1 has already been changed.

3. The department is directed to convert this writ petition on the original side into a writ petition on the appellate side by completing necessary formalities and allot appropriate number to this writ petition.

4. Learned Advocate representing the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the department in completing the aforesaid exercise.

5. After this writ petition is converted into a writ petition on the appellate side, leave is granted to the learned Advocate representing the petitioner to mention this matter.
