...for the State The Court : Mr. Vaisya, learned Advocate appearing for the State authorities submits that the arrear claim of Rs. 87,113/- in favour of the petitioner has been forwarded to the Commissioner of School Education on March 19, 2021 for allotment vide District Inspector of Schools (S.E), Kolkata memo No. 162/D dated 19.03.2021. He has further submitted that after receipt of the said allotment from the Commissioner of School Education, the said claim will be released to the petitioner immediately. In light of the above submission made, this Writ Petition being WPO No. 410 of 2020 is disposed of with a direction upon the District Inspector of Schools, Kolkata to release the claim to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from date.

Since, no affidavit has been called for in this writ petition, all the allegations are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. (SHEKHAR B. SARAF, J.) Sbghosh
