THE COURT: It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had crept in the order dated May 14, 2024, passed by this Court. At the cause title of the order, instead of "Prova Ghosh" it should actually be "Provir Ghosh".

The above inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected, "Prova Ghosh" shall stand corrected as "Provir Ghosh" and the order dated May 14, 2024 shall always be read conjointly along with this order.
