The Court: This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in considering his representation dated September 30, 2020. I have heard Counsel appearing on behalf of the State respondents as well as the petitioner and perused the materials on record. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.3 to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the school authorities and thereafter pass a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. The reasoned order be communicated to the petitioner within a week of passing of the same. Accordingly, WPO 411 of 2020 is disposed of.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. There will be no order as to costs.
