...for the respondent no.6 The Court: It has been submitted by Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners that during the pendency of the writ petition the hoarding in question has been removed. Therefore, the petitioners have no subsisting grievance. The Corporation also submits that the hoarding in question has been removed from the relevant site in front of the premises of the petitioners. In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be decided. Accordingly, WPO/427/2024 is disposed of.
