Even today, none appears for the parties nor any accommodation has been sought for.

In view of the above, the writ petition WPO/326/2015 stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

In the order dated June 14, 2022, the year as against the writ petition has been mentioned, wrongly transcribed as '2012'. The same shall be corrected as '2015' and accordingly, the writ petition should be read as 'WPO/326/2015'.

Such correction should be incorporated in the order dated June 14, 2022.
