The Court: The report filed on behalf of the Receiver be kept with the records. The Receiver is directed to circulate the copy of the report to all the parties. The petitioner is represented and submits that steps have been taken by the petitioner to appoint an Arbitrator in terms of the arbitration clause. The Receiver is directed to continue in possession of the subject asset in terms of the order dated 23rd September, 2021 until further orders of the Arbitral Tribunal or of the Court.

The petitioner is directed to pay the Receiver an additional remuneration of 2000 gms until further orders. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Arbitral Tribunal for appropriate reliefs. With the aforesaid directions, AP/348/2021 is disposed of. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) mg
