The Court: By this application, the plaintiff seeks correction of a typographical error in the order dated November 20, 2019. Learned advocate appearing for the plaintiff submits that the interim application was disposed of on November 20, 2019. The order states that the interim application as well as the suits stands disposed of. She seeks suitable correction in the order. She also seeks leave to file the affidavit as to documents. Learned advocate appearing for the defendant submits that the affidavit of documents of the defendant is ready.

The defendant is at liberty to file the affidavit of documents in the department on or before January 8, 2021.

Learned advocate for the defendant does not object to the corrections sought for in the order dated November 20, 2019. In such circumstances, the order dated November 20, 2019 is corrected in the following manner:

The second last sentence of such order be read as "GA 1996 of 2019 is disposed of accordingly."

Suitable corrections be incorporated in the order dated November 20, 2019.

IA No. GA/5/2020 is disposed of.
