The Court:- The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property standing at 122D, Manicktala Street (Sisir Bhaduri Sarani), Burtolla P.S., Kolkata-700006. His allegation is that the private respondent, a tenant of the subject premises, is feeding and maintaining stray dogs inside the tenanted premises. The entire area is being left in a very unhygienic manner. The stray dogs become so aggressive that the petitioner is not in a position to enter his own premises. It appears that a Suit was filed by the petitioner and the same stood decreed by the Court. The petitioner is yet to get the order of the Suit Court executed. The petitioner made representation before the Kolkata Municipal Corporation and seeks direction upon the Corporation to consider the same. Keep public safety and public hygiene in mind, the concerned officer of the Corporation is directed to cause a spot inspection and take remedial measures, if necessary.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
