The Court : It is submitted by the counsel for the contemnor Mr. Niladri Bhattacharjee that the payment in term of the order dated 26th March, 2021 is ready and the original cheque may be collected from the Chief Accounts Officer of the CTC. A xerox copy of the cheque has been handed over to counsel of the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, the contempt application is disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand dispensed with.
