The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that they are no longer interested in pursuing this application primarily on the ground that the award-debtors are untraceable.

In such circumstances, EC/295/2020 stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the award-holder to file a fresh application if the circumstances so warrant.

Liberty is also granted to the award-holder to take back the original award after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof. All interim orders, stand vacated.

The warrants of arrest are also stayed.

The connected interlocutory application being IA No.GA/2/2024 also stands dismissed as infructuous.
