The Court : It transpires from the order dated February 23, 2021 that none appeared for the petitioners, although the respondent-bank was represented by Counsel. It was recorded in the said order that the petitioners remained unrepresented even on a previous occasion on January 28, 2021 when the matter had been called on. A last chance was given to the petitioners to attend the hearing and the matter was made returnable today, that is, February 25, 2020, vide order dated February 23, 2021. Since, even today, the petitioners go unrepresented, although learned Counsel for the respondent-bank are present, there is no option but to dismiss the matter for default. Accordingly, WPO 424 of 2020 is dismissed for default, without any order as to costs.
