The Court: This is an application under article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in considering his representation along with the reply.

Counsel on behalf of the respondent authorities fairly submits that the authority may be directed to consider the same. In light of the above submission, the respondent no.4 is directed to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter pass a reasoned order on the representation dated 17th

June, 2020 (along with the reply of the petitioner dated 20th July, 2020) within a period of four weeks from date. The reasoned order is to be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereafter. Since no affidavit is called for, all allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

Accordingly, WPO 425 of 2020 is disposed of.
