...for the respondent The Court: Mr. Anirban Ray, learned counsel, submits that he has complied with the order dated 18th April, 2023 passed by this Court and deposited a demand draft for a sum of Rs.15,99,940.99p before the Registrar, Original Side, High Court, Calcutta. The Registrar, Original Side is also directed to keep the said sum of money in an interest bearing fixed deposit.

In light of the same, let there be a stay of the impugned award till the disposal of the Section 34 application.

The respondent is at liberty to file the vakalatnama within two weeks from date.
