Counsel for the plaintiff submits that plaintiff has received an instruction that the plaintiff do not intend to proceed with the matter and prays for withdrawal of the suit. On the basis of the instruction received by the learned Advocate for the plaintiff, the Counsel for the plaintiff prays for withdrawal of the suit.
