The Court:- It is submitted on behalf of the decree holder that in view of subsequent events and the fact that the decree dated 1st August, 2014 stood modified by the Hon'ble Division Bench by an order dated 21st June, 2019, the instant application has become infructuous.

Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to withdraw the instant application being EC/311/2015 with liberty to file afresh in accordance with law, if the circumstances so warrant.
