...for the respondent The Court: This is an application under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The petitioner prays for extension of time for making and publishing the award. It is submitted that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator terminated on 15th June, 2024. The matter is at the stage of arguments. Considering the substantial advancement made in the proceeding, this Court deems it fit to extend the time for a further period of six months from the

date of communication of this order on the learned Arbitrator, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award. AP/97/2024 is, accordingly, disposed of.
