..for the petitioner The Court: The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of Letters of Administration for the Will annexed to the properties and credits of the deceased as mentioned in the affidavit of assets. The executor Raghunath Chopra has executed his last Will and Testament on 24th October, 1992 by appointing his eldest son Madan Lal Malhotra and brother-in-law Chander Mohan Chopra as sole executor of the Will.

The testator died on 29th February, 1996 leaving behind three sons namely, Chander Mohan Chopra, Deepak Chopra and Ajay Chopra. The three legal heirs have filed their consent stating that they have no objection for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of grant of administration to the petitioner.

Considering the submission made by the Counsel for the petitioner, perusing the original Will, death certificate affidavit of legal heirs and the

pleadings, this Court finds that there is no impediment for grant of Letters of Administration as prayed for by the petitioner. In view of the above, prayer (a) of the application is allowed subject to furnishing the personal bond of Rs.25,00,000/- with one surety and completion of all formalities.

PLA No. 190 of 2022 is disposed of.
