...for the petitioner The Court:- Perused the Report submitted by the Learned Registrar, Original Side dated 15th February, 2025. It is in the Report that the Branch Manager of HDFC Bank Limited, Constantia Building, 11, Dr. U. N. Brahmachari Street, Kolkata- 700017, sent a communication wherein it is confirmed that the Account No. 50100133669872 is standing in the name of the Estate of Late Bajrang Prasad Jalan and the authorized signatory is Sandeep Kumar Jalan.

The instant application is filed by the Executor praying for amendment of affidavit of assets. It is pleaded in the application that one asset mentioned in the bank account being no. 50100133669872 maintained in HDFC Bank Limited, Constantia Building, 11, Dr. U.N. Brahmachari Street, Kolkata700017 did not figure in the affidavit of assets.

The Will in question is very specific; the testator divided and bequeathed the cash in bank account, fixed deposits and other liquid assets after meeting up statutory liabilities, if any, to his son being Sandeep Kumar Jalan who is the propounder of the Will herein. The proposed amended affidavit is filed herewith. Let prayers (a), (b) and (c) of the Master's Summons be allowed. GA/1/2024 is disposed of.
