The parties have jointly filed an application being GA/3/2024 by enclosing the Terms of Settlement entered between the parties on 11th September, 2024 wherein the parties have settled their disputes and the terms and conditions have been recorded therein. This Court has perused the Terms of Settlement and found that there is no impediment to accept the Terms of Settlement entered between the parties.

Accordingly, Terms of Settlement entered between the parties is accepted.

CS/150/2024 is disposed of in terms of the Terms of Settlement dated 11th September, 2024 entered between the parties. Decree be drawn by treating the Terms of Settlement as part of the decree.
