The Court:- On June 10, 2025, none appeared for the petitioner. None appears for the petitioner even today.

The petitioner prayed for an order for return of the vehicle which was repossessed by the finance company. The learned advocate for the finance company has specifically submitted before the Court that the vehicle had already been sold and the petitioner was aware of such sale. Documents have been placed and are kept on record.

Under such circumstance, this Court is of the view that the petitioner must have lost interest in the application further. The application is dismissed for default.
