The Court : The writ petitioner is aggrieved that a resolution of the Wakf Board against item no. 16 of the meeting dated September 12, 2018 has not been fully implemented. By the said resolution, the Board has ordered an enquiry into the conduct of the existing Mutawali in respect of Shahjadi Begum and Khodeja Khatun Bibi, Waqf Estates. The Board has ordered an enquiry. It appears that the enquiry is pending and the Board has not yet taken any final decision. In view of the above, it is ordered that the Wakf Board completes the enquiry into the subject matter hereinabove within a period of four months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

All the terms of reference framed by the Board shall be duly addressed.
