The Court : Review is sought of the order dated 24th February, 2022 with particular reference to the observation made in the first paragraph at page 2 of the order.

It is submitted that the observation that the petitioner sought reopening of an execution case which is otherwise disposed of or dealt with, is incorrect. This Court is of the view that there is a clear finding and there is no error apparent on the face of the record. However, since the petitioner has orally prayed for reduction of the costs imposed by the order dated 24th February, 2022, the costs are reduced from Rs. 5100/- to Rs. 1100/-.

After this order is dictated, the petitioner withdraws his prayer for reduction of costs.

In that view of the matter, RVWO No. 3 of 2022 fails and is hereby dismissed. Consequently IA GA No. 1 of 2022 and GA No. 2 of 2022 shall also stand dismissed.
