...for respondent nos. 1 to 4 The Court : Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners made a representation before the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, Visva Bharati University way back on 5th July, 2019, but that representation has not been considered till date. Learned counsel prays for a direction upon the ViceChancellor, Visva Bharati University to consider the representation dated 5th July, 2019.

Mr. Majumder, learned counsel appears for the University.

This Court requests that the representation dated 5th July, 2019 be considered by the Vice-Chancellor, Visva Bharati University or his representative at an earliest preferably within a period of eight weeks from today, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or their legal representative and to allow the petitioners to produce necessary documents before the authority at the time of hearing.

It is needless to mention that the decision arrived at by the ViceChancellor be communicated to the petitioners at an earliest. The writ petition is disposed of, however, no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned Counsel for the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
