It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that pursuant to an order passed by the National Commission, there is a stay in respect of sale of the subject vehicle.

In such circumstances, EC/228/2018 stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the award-holder to file a fresh execution application if the circumstances so warrant.
