The Court: It is submitted on behalf of both the parties that by a Terms of Settlement dated 17 October, 2025, the parties have resolved all their disputes and differences. In view of the above, the plaintiff does not want to proceed any further with the suit.

In view of the Terms of Settlement, IP-COM/51/2025 stands dismissed. Let a copy of the Terms of Settlement be kept with the records. All connected applications also stand dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

The defendant no.1 are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.1,25,50,000/- deposited in terms of the orders dated 5 August, 2015 and 24 July, 2017.
