In such circumstances, EC/234/2018 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the award-holder to file a fresh execution application if the circumstances so arise.

Liberty is also granted to the award-holder to take back the original of the award dated 12 August, 2015 after replacing the same with the photocopy thereof.
