The petitioner's complaint filed before the Directorate of Drugs Control, Government of West Bengal is alleged to be pending consideration.

Learned advocate representing the private respondent denies the allegation made in the complaint.

Learned advocate representing the official respondents submits, upon instruction that, the complaint is in the process of consideration.

As it appears that the respondents are already in the process of consideration of the complaint filed by the petitioner, accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the competent authority of the Directorate of Drugs Control to dispose of the complaint strictly in accordance with law after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties and by passing a

reasoned order at the earliest, but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5.

It will be open for the parties to rely upon all the documents in support of their respective stand at the time of hearing. The reasoned order shall be communicated to all the parties. 6.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
