1. At the time of hearing attention of this Court is drawn to the terms of settlement as submitted on behalf of the Bar. It is contended on behalf of the decree holder and judgment debtors that after initiation of execution case no. 20 of 2024 the parties have come to an amicable settlement and the terms of settlement have been engrossed, signed by the decree holder and the judgment debtors and such terms of settlement were also countersigned by the learned Advocates for both the parties. It is submitted that the instant execution case may be disposed of towards full satisfaction of the decree in terms of the settlement as arrived at by and between the parties on 11.02.2025.

2. In view of such, EC/20/2024 is disposed of towards full satisfaction of the decree.

3. The terms of settlement dated 11.02.2025 as filed in connection with the instant case be made part of this order.

4. Before parting with this Court considers that on account of onerous task as performed by Mr. Shounak Mukhopadhyay, learned Advocate who has been appointed as Special Officer be further paid a remuneration of 2000 GMs. by the decree holder preferably within a fortnight from today.
