The Court: This is an application filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that for unavoidable reasons, the Arbitral Tribunal was unable to conclude the proceedings. Affidavit of Service filed on behalf of the petitioner be kept with the records.

I have considered the averments in this application and I am satisfied that there are sufficient cause and good reason as to why the Arbitral Tribunal was unable to conclude the arbitral proceedings. The time to make and publish the award is extended by six months from 31 May, 2024.
