Accordingly, WPO 442 of 2020 is disposed of by directing respondent no. 2 to consider and decide on the representation of the petitioner, appearing at page 74 (annexure P 10) of the instant writ petition, within three weeks from date. The parties shall act on the communication of learned Advocate without insisting upon production of a certified copy of this order. Mrs. Paul is given liberty to file her vakalatnama on behalf of the respondents by tomorrow.
