It appears that the electricity connection of the petitioner has been restored in presence of the learned special officer. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, however, submits that the petitioner should be allowed to undertake some electricity repair works at the

said premises so that he can enjoy the electricity connection without any disruption.

I do not have any reason not to allow such prayer. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty upon the petitioner to undertake the electrical repair works at the portion of the premises under his occupation within a period of 15 days from date. WPO 377 of 2025 is disposed of.
