The Court : The petitioner is represented and it is submitted that remuneration of the Receiver has been paid in terms of order dated 28th September, 2021. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that appropriate steps have been taken to appoint an Arbitral Tribunal in terms of arbitration clause. In view of aforesaid, AP No. 470 of 2019 is disposed of as infructuous. Liberty is granted to petitioner to approach the Arbitral Tribunal for taking appropriate measures, if so advised. All interim orders stand vacated.

The Receiver also stands discharged.
