The Court:- This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned arbitrator, which expired on April 8, 2025. Both the parties submit that this Court has jurisdiction to entertain the application. Parties further submit that the mandate of the learned arbitrator is required to be extended for the ends of justice. The matter is pending for scrutiny of the accounts and the preliminary award for partition has already been passed. Under such circumstances, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate of the learned arbitrator by a further period of eight months from the date of communication of this order.

As no affidavit have been called for, the allegations against the respondents are deemed to be denied.

Accordingly, AP-COM/426/2025 is disposed of.
