The Court: Parties file the terms of settlement, which be taken on record. The terms of settlement is signed by the parties and their respective advocate-on-record.

Learned advocates for the parties invite the Court to appoint a Receiver over the excavator.

Mr. Satyaki Mukherjee, Advocate (Mob.No.9874273478), Bar Library Club is appointed as a Receiver over the excavator. The incoming Receiver will make

an inventory of the excavator. He will be paid a remuneration of 3000 GMs. at the first instance by the respondent. The appointment of the Receiver is subject to any orders being passed by the incoming Arbitrator in the proceedings. The incoming Arbitrator is at liberty to discharge the Receiver if he so desires or pass any order with regard thereto.

IA No.GA/1/2020 in APO/155/2020 is disposed of in terms of the terms of settlement filed in Court.
