On receiving the stop work notice, the petitioner has made a representation before the respondent authorities, which admittedly has not been considered till date. Considering that the stop work notice has been issued by the respondent/corporation in usual process, the same at this stage is not being interfered with by the Court but the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent authority shall consider the representation dated

11th February, 2026 and also give a proper hearing as and when the proceedings in respect of the premises in this case initiated upon due notice. WPO/260/2026 is disposed of accordingly.
