...for the petitioner The Court:- The petitioner has challenged a sale notice dated 20th May, 2026. It is submitted that the said notice has been issued during the vacation to prejudice the petitioner herein. It is submitted that the DRT-III reopens on 8th June, 2026.

Considering the said fact, let the impugned notice dated 20th May, 2026 be stayed till 15th June, 2026 or until further order, whichever is earlier. DRTIII shall be at liberty to decide as to the impugned notice dated 20th May, 2026 on the same being prayed for before the DRT-III. The instant writ application stands disposed of.
