The Court : It appears that the suit was instituted upon leave being obtained by the plaintiff under Order I Rule 8 of The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the suit unconditionally on the basis of a communication dated 14th September, 2021 from the plaintiff to its advocate-on-record stating that the plaintiff does not wish to continue with the suit.

The defendants are represented.

In view of the plaintiff's intention to withdraw the suit as evident from the communication, which is kept on record, CS 164 of 2021 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
