The Court:- GACOM/1/2024 is an application seeking withdrawal of AP/369/2021 which has been filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that subsequent to the filing of this application, the parties have settled their disputes.

In such circumstances, there shall be an order in terms of prayers (a) and (b) of the Notice of Motion.
