...for UCO Bank The Court: Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, pursuant to the leave granted by the Court, the petitioner approached with a representation before the Review Committee. However, subsequently the Review Committee has affirmed the finding of the Identification Committee upholding the declaration of wilful defaulter of the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that since the petitioner is aggrieved by the Review Committee order as well, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with leave to sue afresh, challenging the initial declaration by the Identification Committee as well as the subsequent Review Committee decision.

In such view of the matter, WPO/797/2023 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the initial declaration of wilful defaulter of the petitioner by the Identification Committee, along with the subsequent order of the Review Committee affirming the same, by way of a fresh writ petition. No order as to costs.
